Dear All,

Good day

We are pleased to inform you that the Gujarathi Empire team will be attending an Offsite Visit / Annual Team Meeting.

Accordingly, the office will remain closed from Monday to Wednesday during this period.

However, please note that:

Operations of all ongoing vessels will continue without interruption.
The respective teams will monitor and handle vessel operations remotely during the office closure.
All urgent operational matters, vessel-related requirements, and time-sensitive communications must be attended to promptly.
Team members responsible for vessel operations are requested to remain reachable on their respective communication channels.
Normal office operations will resume from Thursday.

We request everyone to coordinate with their respective teams in advance and ensure that all pending/critical matters are properly handed over before the office closure.

We look forward to a productive and enjoyable offsite with the entire team.
